Each console is classified according to the level of testing completed: Untested, Tested & Working, Fully Functional or Defective.
1. Receive & Identify
Record model, system version and configuration.
Product Identified
Choose the required testing level.
2. No Functional Testing
Do not perform power or operational checks.
Untested
Working condition is not guaranteed.
3. Basic Function Check
Check power, display, sound and controls where applicable.
Tested & Working
Assign after the basic checks pass.
4. Full Applicable Test
Load and play a game; check all agreed core functions.
Fully Functional
Assign only after the full test passes.
5. Fault Identified
Separate any unit with a known functional fault.
Defective
Suitable for repair or parts.
6. Record & Separate
Label the category, quantity, version and lot reference.
Ready for Offer
Add representative photos and configuration details.
