Our Story
Established in Singapore in 2008 and built on Playbox Distribution’s gaming-industry experience, Recycle Point specialises in sourcing, testing, grading and supplying pre-owned game consoles to professional buyers.
Supported by our network in Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and U.A.E, we serve importers, distributors, wholesalers and refurbishers across international markets.
Since our establishment, Recycle Point has expanded beyond Singapore with international operations and business networks in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Dubai. Today, we serve professional partners across Southeast Asia, China, Hong Kong and the Middle East.
Our purpose remains unchanged:
To extend product life, recover value responsibly and build trusted partnerships across the global pre-owned electronics industry.
Our Achievement
2004 - Playbox Distribution Pte Limited was established
- A major distributor and exporter of video game consoles, portables and accessories in South East Asia, the Middle East, Hong Kong and China.
2008 - Recycle Point Pte Ltd was established
- A Social Enterprise in the field of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) by optimizing and extending the product lifespan of pre-owned electronics.
2009 - Recycle Point Tokyo was established
2011 - Recycle Point Dubai was established
- Commenced pre-owned Smartphone and Tablet division
2012 - Recycle Point Hong Kong was established
2022 - Recycle Point Tokyo expanded and moved into a two story building to serve the growing needs of our overseas customers.
